YR Headshot 1.0 BW.jpg

When I graduated from design school in 2015 I felt an obligation to see the world as an artist, first and foremost.

Fast forward a handful of years. Add a major career pivot into real estate, push through a graduate business degree, and pepper in just enough introspection to make your eyes momentarily roll back towards your brain and you find the person in this picture. She’s not the woman I once expected to become; she’s better. While I have learned that I do not identify as an artist first, I am extremely proud of those origins that forged who I am today. I’m a creative problem-solver, and a damn good one at that.

While most of the contents of this portfolio display my past creative works, they do represent the present fruits of those deeply woven seeds. Those projects taught me to celebrate teamwork and collaboration; to relentlessly pursue data-driven strategy; and to always think outside the box to find a solution when the typical answer is “no.” Today as I once did, I observe and create.
